Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o (その花びらにくちづけを?, lit. "A Kiss for the Petals"), is a series of yuri visual novels, light novels, drama CDs, anime, and web novels created by dōjin group Fuguriya, storyline by Shinichirō Sano and character design/illustrations by Peco.
Plot
Set in St. Micheal's School for Girls, the games follows the Yuri relationships and romance between various girls with each game focusing on a different couple.

- A First year high school student. Despite being a pretty average girl with bad luck, she has caught the attention of the famous Yuuna.

- A Second year high school student. She is smart, attractive, popular and rich girl who is admired by the students of St. Micheal's. Yet she falls in love with the clumsy and average Nanami.
- Kaede Kitajima (北嶋 楓, Kitajima Kaede?)

- Voiced by: Nazuna Gogyō
- A Second year high school student and an extremely shy and fairly nerdish girl. She is also Sara's cousin and is very protective of her.
- Sara Kitajima (北嶋 紗良, Kitajima Sara?)
- Appearances: games 2, 4, 5
- Voiced by: Satsuki Hanesato
- A First year high school student and a popular teen model who has return from work overseas to attend St. Micheal's to be with her cousin Kaede. Sara harbors feeling for Kaede since childhood.
- Mai Sawaguchi (沢口 麻衣, Sawaguchi Mai?)
- Appearances: games 3, 4, 5, 6
- Voiced by: Ayaka Izumi
- A very responsible second year high school student who has some Tomboy tendencies. She falls in love with Reo after getting to know a different side of her.
- Reo Kawamura (川村 玲緒, Kawamura Reo?)
- Appearances: games 3, 5
- Voiced by: Kyōka
- A short second year high school student. Anti-social, Reo is actually a Tsundere and is in love with Mai.
- Runa Hōraisen (蓬莱泉 瑠奈, Hōraisen Runa?)
- Appearances: games 7, 9
- Voiced by: Kōhime Ueda
- A fifth/sixth grade primary school student and recent transfer at St. Micheal's. Smart, mature and highly charismatic for her age, Runa has won many fans in her class but she is very interested with her teacher Takako and declares she belongs to her.
- Takako Suminoe (墨廼江 貴子, Suminoe Takako?)
- Appearances: games 7, 9
- Voiced by: Yui Azuma
- A former graduate of St. Michael who is now a teacher at the school's primary division. Takako is very embarrassed that Runa can easily dominate her while stealing her first kiss. She was once in love with Runa's older sister.
- Shizuku Kirishima (霧島 雫, Kirishima Shizuku?)
- Appearances: game 8
- Voiced by: Miei
- A very traditional Japanese girl in her third year of high school. Having traits of a Yamato nadeshiko, she is very skilled at calligraphy and flower arrangement. She falls in love with Eris after meeting her.
- Eris Shitogi (粢 エリス, Shitogi Erisu?)

- Voiced by: Ōkawa
- A half Japanese and half European third year high school student. She has come to Japan to learn Japanese culture at St. Micheal's, where she has attracted many girls due to her looks including Shizuku.

On December 22, 2007, three drama CDs were published, containing stories with the characters from the first six games.[1][2][3] On November 27, 2010 a fourth drama CD was announced.[4]
Anime OVA
An anime OVA titled Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o: Anata to Koibito Tsunagi (その花びらにくちづけを: あなたと恋人つなぎ?, lit. "A Kiss for the Petals: Becoming Your Lover") was produced by chuchu studios, directed by Masayuki Sakoi, and was released in Japan on July 30, 2010. Based on the third game, it follows Mai and Reo after they confess their love to one another. To coincide the release of the OVA, the third game was re-released with some improvements and typographical error correction.[5]
